Do it yourself 'pimp my ride' (Brunei style)

I bet every1 has ever seen the show 'pimp my ride' on mtv bout these dumb ppl buying scrap metal and using it as cars ( no offense to any1 who likes those cars) but have you noticed that in Brunei there are also ppl trying to pimp their own rides out? well i hav,today i went out wif ying,sab n jared for fun n while i was waitin for my parents to pick me up,i saw a few so called 'pimped' out cars,with sound systems blowing the song 'LOW' out of their windows (low is a great song btw) and them thinking they look so 'fly' getting all the attention from all this.So if any1 thinks this is 'fly' here are a few tips to 'pimp' out ur car ( brunei style )

1) Rims

Hmm so rims,it seems lik they have been watching pimp my ride n has followed the trend of spinners. Well if ur short on cash n want some spinners,here is a simple way to hav it,1st take a table fan n stick it to the wheel and turn on the fan while ur driving,tat way it might seem tat the so called 'spinner' is still turning while u stop the car *ps dun forget to off the fan once you park your car or else it will just look weird.

2) sound system

Next thing we seem to see,or should i say hear, from pimped out cars is their sound systems.So here s a tip for those who want a killer sound system without tricking ur car out too much with all tat heavy sub woofers or watever :P. Place 3-10 radios/dvd player in your car,next turn on all of it to full blast and wind down ur windows to look 'fly' or 'hip' *ps remember that your radio/dvd players are playing the same song or else it would just look and sound very weird.

3) body kits

Oooooooo this is the 1 thing wanabe pimpers would like to have most,a gd body kit.So here s a great tip.1st of all,grab as much styrofoam as u cn and stick it to the sides of your car to make a body kit.Next paint the styrofoam the same colour as your car and a body kit is already made,simple huh?n besides you can always change it if you dont like the design or its damaged by ramps,simple and cheap * ps Always remember to paint it the same colour or else it might look fake and always use super glue to glue it and not pva or else it might fly off and that could b embarrassing.

4) paint job

Oh this is another thing wanabe pimpers wan2 do well to their cars but so far have failed miserably. To obtain a gd paint job is nt in the garage coz the most they can do is just paint your car in another and add few designs her and there buttt here is another way to paint your car,using paint balls. Yes paint balls. Place your car as 1 of the obstacles in the way and let a group of teens play paint ball,the longer the better.After the game,your car would have the most unique colouring you will ever seen and it might even be better than wat you see on tv. *ps dont forget to close your windows and tape them up as well with plastic as the paint might stain onto the windows and you might nt b able to see and paint will stain the interiors of your car.

5) interiors

Having a nice outside doesnt mean anything if the interiors look like the subok dumping area but nt to worry,tats y im here for,to give tips to the next pimper. Alot of pimpers tend to go for leather or fur interiors and this is a gd tip for a gd interior. 1st go to a cow farm,mulaut would b a gd place to start,and ask them for cow skins,YES COW SKINS. Next go to the nearest science lab n get dilute HCL (nt concentrated unless u like holes in the design) to clean the cow skins. Next,sewing cca would come in handy here, take your old interior,peel off that old seat cover and sew on the fresh cow skins and there you go,a nice fresh interior,literally fresh :P haha and the skin can cover the whole interior of the car as well (perfume might come in handy here as the smell from the acid + fresh cow skin could b nasty)

6) car accessories

Perhaps the most important thing about a pimped out car is judged by its accessories inside it.Like you have seen,it can range from ps2 to wide screen tvs but they take up lots of current from they car battery and so PSPs would be a better choice and a portable tv set with built in battery would also do (astro nt included and so brunei tv is all you got). Portable dvd player wif in built tv and battery will come in handy as well and hand phones are a must,place about of five of these in the car to give it 1) interior lighting and 2) extra credit to msg ppl just incase 1 runs out

7) Choosing the right car

Ok correction,this is the most important thing,the car DUHHHH. Hmm you might be thinking to yourself,a BMW or Lexus might b gd right? WRONG,those are the worst cars to pimp. A kancil or kijang or tata sumo,ahhhhhh nw those are a beauty and are the best cars to pimp becoz the speed of the cars is quite slow and thus allows us to show off our pimped out cars more and allows us to blow our loud speakers around gadong longer while passer bys look and drool at our pimped out kancil or kijang and tata sumo while they think to themselves 'OMG i wish i had such a cool car like that,i wish some1 could give me tips on wat i can do' . These cars have to b either a) rotten to the core b) between the years of 1940-1985 or c) owned by indons

And so here it is,a list of things you can do to pimp your car (brunei style) however i havent been able to find all of these things in a car yet and so no pictures are available at the moment but in 2-15 mins,pictures might be available as people are reading this post and thinking to themselves 'my god,this guy is brilliant,where does he get all these great tips'. Hey what can i say,its a gift.
