UBD sessions
HAH! I bet I post this 1 up B4 Nigel finish his post =P took him more than a day n I c it still appears as a draft there =P
Went to ubd for d '3rd Annual Academic Sessions'. din knw wat it was initially..I thought its gonna b some medicine talk but doesnt seem to turn out lik tat. Nyways, had to wake up really early..hellooo~ its suppose to b a day I can catch up on my slp!
None of d guys turn up (typical isnt it? =P hahah). There were lik 8 gals + Ckg Juraidah. Saw my ex-chms classmates n as usual I 'kinda' avoided them. hahah dun wan them 2 caught me in tudung =P (excuses yes! heheh)
i THNK we'll b gettin certs for this! yay =D coz i heard this lady said sumthin lik 'write ur name properly coz we'll b givin certs'. but well, im d only 1 who heard tat so umm..i might get it wrong. There're some ex-ms students also..Nadia spotted 3.
I thnk Im liking ubd. hehe Din knw d guys r so charmin ;) hahahah duh~ of coz its ALL abt guys! major priority yo =P okay not really but its definitely a ++. D professors seems grt too. lik really i lik them =)
D 1st speaker reminded me somehow of Suresh. Not bcoz he's an Indian as well =P hehe but his voice sound a bit lik him. He seems really really nervous coz he talk v fast but I can undrstnd perfectly well..since i haf practices with ppl lik Faj n Ki who talk super fast (I dun thnk so but other ppl seems to thnk tat way).
D 2nd 1 was interestin..mostly not bcoz of his presentation but its coz somethin happened in d end. LOL! it was so so so funny! U gotta b there to feel d funny-ness of d moment! heheh Im not gona blog abt it coz It will sound sooo NOT funny n juz spoil d moment. hehe In conclusion, 2wards d end, both of them were lik 'arguing'. U dun c professors/Dr(s) arguing everydy do u? hahah the chairperson hafta stop them by sayin 'perhaps u 2 shud meet up n discuss this' hahaha n then when tat was done he said that its normal for them to challenge wat d other hafta say so we shudnt thnk tat they'll gona sneer at each other or anythin lik tat when they c each other (those werent his exact words but u get wat i mean rite?).
D 3rd speaker was 'not bad lookin' =P hahah tats how i rmbr him by. Plus, his presentation was gd 2. ooo to make it clear, he is a student ok?? not a professor/Dr =P hahah m sayin tat so u guys wont thnk im into 30/40+ yrs old man heheh
so it went on n on..gettin a bit bored with some of them coz i cant undrstnd d biological terms..too deep for my brain to absorb in. plus, my attention span is gettin less by d moment.
D program last d whole day actually till bt 5 or 6pm. But well, we all skipped d noon 1. its not compulsory to go 4 it so yea went bck at 12+
Overall it was grt la. Its not at all boring but of coz, tats juz my opinion. Plus, they provide refreshments after d openin ceremony n then lunch (which i din eat coz none of us went there).
Nyways, my mom's waitin for me to get out of her office. hehe Tata! (oooo Nigel, i post B4 u =P)
